Imagine coming to work every day to a vintage, San Francisco-style loft, located in the banking capital of the world, Charlotte, NC: you get to work with a group of talented and fun people; your boss is one of you; your environment is laid back, casual, and creative; the setting is conducive to collaborating as a team that produces great work; and you can take a breather and play pool or games on our vintage standup arcade… this is our ‘corporate’ culture.
Unique and eclectic, INSite's office is located in beautiful Baxter Village, Fort Mill, SC (www.baxtertowncenter.com). Our ruggedly modern loft design has red brick interior walls, unfinished concrete floors, high multi-paned windows, and an open warehouse-like ceiling. We’ve modernized our surroundings with contemporary and comfy office furniture (the kind you’d have in your home), track lighting, colorful walls, a flat screen TV on the wall in the conference room. Better yet, we sit right above the ChocolatBoutique (www.chocolatboutique.com) and the Grapevine (www.mygrapevineonline.com).
Every morning about 15 minutes into the day, we come together as comrades and have an open, stand up meeting where we all catch each other up on what's going on, make announcements, acknowledgments, share fresh new ideas, etc…creating a morning buzz better than the coffee…well almost.
Our culture is a foundational asset to everything that makes INSite what it is. It is the underpinning to everything we do and how we do it.
